Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care, educating patients on oral hygiene, and supporting our dentists in providing comprehensive dental services.
Schedule : Full-Time, Tuesday-Friday with 1 Saturday per month (extra day off during the week when working a Saturday)
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapies
- Conduct patient assessments and take medical histories
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Assist in the development of personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality care
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications :
Valid State Registered Dental Hygienist licenseStrong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentDetail-oriented and organizedExperience with Open Dental software is a plusBenefits :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental HygieneRegistered Dental Hygiene License from practicing stateCurrent CPR certificationKnowledge of Open Dental, a plusPossess outstanding time management and communication skillsAbility to work within a team for the good of the patient and practiceFLSA Status : Hourly, Non-Exempt
