Customer Service LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company within the Education industry who is in search of a customer service representative to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, FULLY onsite. The hourly rate is between $23/hr-$26/hr. You must have a Bachelor Degree to be considered for this role.
The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for students, parents, and internal stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities - Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide clear information regarding programs, enrollment, policies, and services
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive experience
- Accurately document interactions and maintain records in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of customer service, support, or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of inquiries while maintaining accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
