Duties

Provide excellent customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.

Assist clients with inquiries related to products and services, ensuring their needs are met promptly.

Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or service inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in our systems.

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction.

Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information effectively.

Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while interacting with customers to maintain professionalism.

Skills

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.

Proven experience in customer service or client services roles is preferred.

Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry tasks.

Familiarity with call center operations and outbound calling techniques is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly.

Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
