Job descriptionManage the daily rental counter and accepts and fulfills reservations. Reports fleet activity daily via yard checks and utilization reports. Answers phones, e-mails, and marketing related communication at assigned location. Develop leads through phone solicitation and in person customer site visits. Meets sales goals as assigned by the Rental / Lease Manager and TLGL General Manager. Maximizes utilization of the rental fleet. Provides administrative support for sales, operations and maintenance as need demands. Coordinates with maintenance and management to ensure customer satisfaction and inventory availability. A High School diploma is required. Must pass all pre-employment checks.
