Program Management Analyst
Nakupuna Prime is looking for a Program Management Analyst to support the review and assessment of the agency's acquisition process with a focus on identifying opportunities to accelerate the implementation of structural changes that streamline acquisition development, pre-award and award activities and processes, reduce burden on directorates, and enhance customer experience.

- Recommend acquisition workflow review and approval processes from needs development through acquisition strategy approval that will expedite the streamlined acquisition process.
- Advise and assist the platform development team, as needed, to deliver a world class electronic acquisition process.
- Identify inefficiencies and non-compliance with standard DoD acquisition directives / instructions, statues, and processes; and provide a final report with recommendations designed to expedite the transition to a more efficient and effective acquisition process.
- Lead the collection and analysis of acquisition-related data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Review the development process for inefficiencies and provide recommendations to streamline and accelerate acquisitions planning during the Acquisition Development Process.
- Assess processes for communication and approval of acquisition documentation between directorates and contracts.
- Identify areas that could be simplified and streamlined during reviews and approvals during the pre-award activities.
- Review source selection procedures, contract award timelines, negotiation process efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction with award outcomes during the Award activities.
- Identify "quick wins" throughout the assessment process for quick implementation
- Prioritize recommendations that directly enhance customer experience and satisfaction with acquisition services
- Balance process improvement with compliance requirements identify where practices are against policy
- Maintain awareness and compliance with new Department of War Acquisition Initiatives
Qualifications
Skills / Qualifications :
Demonstrated experience in the ability and skills to manage complex projects, keep track of, or adjust, existing tasks while identifying new tasks and expectations as projects evolve.Ability to perform detailed work with little guidance and interact in a positive manner with other government and industry personnel.Ability to work under pressure and to adapt quickly in a changing environment and synthesize information and draft summaries and reports.Proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).Education and Experience :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; master's degree desired.A minimum of 4 years of professional acquisition experience.Experience working with and briefing senior level DoD personnel; excellent verbal and written communication and organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working in a time-sensitive environment with a high-level of accountability.Experience with large dollar service contracts and full life-cycle management of service contracts.Clearance Requirements : Must possess an active Secret security clearance and be eligible for immediate SCI nomination and indoctrination. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
