Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings is required

Emergency Room experience is required

Recent hospital experience is required

Description :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated pharmacist.

The pharmacist will manage and supervise daily operations to ensure the highest quality service response and delivery.

They will develop operational and financial outcome measures while integrating efforts into quality improvement systems.

The position involves directing, implementing, and evaluating departmental policies and procedures.

Regular assessment of program effectiveness and continuous improvement efforts will be a key responsibility.

The pharmacist will supervise staff and facilitate their professional growth through timely feedback and development opportunities.

Computer-based information and dispensing systems must be planned, directed, and evaluated to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Managing purchasing and inventory functions for cost-effective pharmaceutical availability is essential.

Monthly progress reports will be prepared, identifying areas of improvement and recommendations.

Participation in orientation, training programs, and maintaining current skill levels is required.

Additional duties may be assigned as requested.
