Product Manager

Opportunity available for a Product Manager. In this role you will to drive the strategy, implementation, and adoption of key enterprise tools and platforms. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to define product vision, improve workflows, and ensure solutions help teams plan, prioritize, and deliver value effectively.

Location : Local Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area candidates only (must be able to work onsite as needed)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation of an enterprise planning tool—from pilot to enterprise scale
• Translate planning processes (strategic, annual, quarterly) into configurable workflows and platform capabilities
• Partner with Product, Tech, and PMO teams to define hierarchies, planning milestones, and prioritization frameworks
• Lead training, enablement, and change management to drive adoption and consistent usage across teams
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of enhancements and integrations based on enterprise feedback
• Define and track success metrics such as adoption, planning efficiency, and alignment
• Ensure the platform supports key strategic and quarterly planning cadences

Qualifications

ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $55.00 - $65.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
