Our client operates two successful businesses in Davis, CA : a profitable SaaS platform used by thousands of property managers worldwide, and a locally rooted property management company with a decade-long reputation for reliability. Both companies are stable, growing, and founder-led.
Your Role
You’ll be the right hand to the Founder—handling in-person errands, calendar management, and administrative tasks across both businesses. Success means reducing the Founder’s operational load so priorities move forward without friction.
You’ll :
Manage mail, shipping, packages, and returns
Keep the Founder’s calendar updated and conflict-free
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
Track receipts, purchases, and expenses for accounting
Organize email and send timely reminders
Provide reliable, discreet administrative support
Anticipate needs and suggest process improvements
Support small one-off operational projects
You Bring
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Reliability and discretion in handling sensitive information
Clear, prompt communication with vendors and team members
Ability to juggle errands, scheduling, and admin tasks
Prior experience in executive assistance, operations, or office management (preferred)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and local presence in Davis, CA
