A food production company in San Clemente is searching for a Quality Control Associate. This individual will be responsible for in-plant process testing and compliance to company standards. Must be able to work in all temperature-controlled, cold environments (38 degrees). The hours are Mon-Fri 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm, with some Saturdays. The starting pay is $20hour.

Responsibilities :

• Perform Tests of the production operations and equipment to ensure our products conform to specifications
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions
• Monitor the Quality of the product manufactured and inspect proves controls points
• Reject or retrain substandard products that fall outside of defined tolerances
• May use computer software and electronic equipment to enter data
• Establish, maintain and promote good communications with all departments
