Program Manager Lead

A company is looking for a Program Manager Lead to oversee a portfolio of programs and projects that align with strategic goals, focusing on capital expenditure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the enterprise portfolio strategy aligned with organizational vision and business objectives

Establish governance frameworks and oversee portfolio performance through KPIs and financial metrics

Lead financial planning and budget management for OpEx and CapEx initiatives while optimizing resource allocation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)

Ten (10) plus years of experience in program, portfolio, or strategy management with oversight of large-scale CapEx projects

Strategic thinking and financial literacy with a deep understanding of CapEx and OpEx budgeting

Expertise in governance and program management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, PMI, or similar)

Proven ability to manage cross-functional CapEx initiatives within matrixed organizations
