Weston Veterinary Clinic  is hiring for a part-time Veterinary Customer Service Representative  to join our amazing team!

Our Ideal Candidate :

The ideal candidate would act as a role model in demonstrating our values. They would collaborate with the practice manager, medical director, associate veterinarians, and / or other supervisors to foster teamwork and facilitate a productive, professional working environment. This is a part-time position. Saturday availability REQUIRED.

Role Responsibilities :

• Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Answer multi-line phone system
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
• Schedule appointments
• Process payments, prepare invoices, and handle financial transactions accurately
• Ensure the lobby is clean and organized
• Educate clients on wellness plans, preventative care, and post-visit instructions to promote long-term pet health
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in every client interaction, reinforcing trust and the human-animal bond

Experience & Skills Requirements :

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a rate ranging from $22-$27 / hr. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
