Job Title : HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time HVAC Mechanic to provide facilities operations and maintenance services at the courthouse in Richmond. This role requires expertise in handling large commercial heating and air conditioning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, chillers, and hot water heating systems.
• Maintain and repair domestic water plumbing systems and air handlers.
• Work on VAV components and other various HVAC equipment and building systems.
• Operate and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Work Environment

Work onsite at the Harrisonburg Federal Courthouse with hours from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday. The position includes some on-call responsibilities. Dress professionally to maintain the courthouse's standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lynchburg, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $66560.00 / yr.

Health & Welfare Pay : $1,211 per month (per CBA) and it also offers Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, and Pension Plan per the collective bargaining agreement.

This is a fully onsite position in Lynchburg,VA.
