Precision Centerless Grind Technician — Honing & Cylindrical

Your next precision challenge starts hereWhat you’ll do

• Translate work orders and blueprints into a plan of attack, interpreting GD&T to define critical features, tolerances, and inspection criteria.
• Set up and run centerless grinding and honing operations : establish zero / reference points; set tool registers, offsets, and compensations; configure conditional switches; calculate requirements using math / geometry / trigonometry; and prove part programs.
• Confirm setups and processes by measuring first‑article and sample workpieces; uphold international standards for quality and repeatability.
• Hold tolerances through disciplined in‑process checks and adherence to quality procedures and documentation.
• Operate safely while performing preventive maintenance, following OEM instructions, and troubleshooting variances.
• Record production and quality data accurately and on time.
