About Bibliotheque :
Bibliotheque is a bookstore, café, and wine bar in the heart of New York’s famed SoHo neighborhood. It was founded in 2022 by father-son team Dr. Andrew Jacono and A.J. Jacono. Dr. Jacono is a world-renowned facial plastic surgeon and AJ is a published writer and founder of The Spotlong Review. Bibliotheque aims to offer the New York Community an unparalleled literary lounge experience. It's a gathering space for the artists, bookworms, wine and food lovers of the world. Our beverage program is curated by our Director of Operations, Scott Woltz, and consists of over 700 selections (3000 bottles) including rare offerings from the 1950s to present day.
What we are looking for :
We are seeking a hybrid prep / cook who will split their time between daytime prep work and cooking in the evening. This role allows for a lot of creative opportunities, as the position will have the opportunity to build on our current menu of cheeses, charcuterie, tinned fish, salads and sandwiches. On-site training provided for qualified and eager candidates!
