Vendor Resource manager

About Your Role :

As a Vendor Resource Manager at Dollar Tree's corporate office, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of vendor engagement across both imported and domestic products. With your support, you'll ensure supplier performance is monitored, compliance is maintained, packaging standards are optimized, and all vendor agreements are effectively managed. Your partnership with merchants, compliance teams, and vendors will drive value, mitigate risk, and support Dollar Tree's long-term growth strategy.

Your day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to, the following :

Vendor Performance & Tracking

• Develop, track, and report on vendor performance using KPIs and SLAs
• Identify opportunities and challenges in vendor performance; share insights with merchants for strategic decision-making
• Maintain vendor scorecards and dashboards to provide actionable visibility
