In this position...

As a Product Development Operations Analyst you will play a pivotal role in budget & personnel management procurement and business continuity processes. This position demands exceptional organization and communication skills attention to detail and a proactive approach. You will be responsible for procurement of services / material and associated invoice processing and compliance workstreams including business continuity and internal controls testing. You will also be instrumental in supporting personnel-related workflows including hiring processes and time tracking. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated task-oriented individual to contribute directly to the delivery of budgetary and staffing objectives and improve the efficiency of business operations processes.

Responsibilities

What youll do...

• Lead Ariba order and invoice processing including interface with business owners / buyers manage Obeya submission process secure required documentation issue Ariba purchase orders / APRs and manage approval process for all organizational invoices.

Lead the annual internal controls testing initiative including test list / ownership definition managing controls testing evidence & documentation.

Lead business continuity annual processes including call tree updates & annual test lead updates to business continuity plans and document retention declaration (DRIMs).

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
