Job Summary : In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving monitoring issues promptly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for technical support within the organization. To be successful in this role, you should be a confident decision-maker, self-starter, and able to work with minimal direction.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Technical Support – Capable of learning technical products to provide phone and email technical support to customers and provide initial diagnosis for repair of customer units.
- Applications Support – Skilled in (or able to learn) typical operations of a veterinary clinic to coach current and potential customers on the value of our products to their facilities.
- Customer Support –Process credit card payments accurately for customer orders. Enter customer orders precisely into the order management system, monitor their status, and resolve any delivery issues that come up.
- Safety- Be able to work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices and policies.
- Help ensure co-workers are working safely and following safety requirements.
- Performs miscellaneous job duties as assigned.

Strong verbal and written communication skills required.Proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and OutlookExperience with cloud-based applications a plus (ie : SOS Inventory; Shipstation; Pipelinedeals; Zendesk; Google Docs / Sheets; Dropbox)Motivated self-starter and ability to work with minimal direction; high-degree of initiative and self-motivation in identifying and satisfying unmet needsDemonstrated ability and success working with minimal supervision, including flexibility to changing priorities in a proactive and self-motivated mannerFamiliarity with veterinary clinic operations or willingness to learn about them. If you're willing to learn, we're willing to teach.Veterinary certification is a plus (ie : CVT or equivalent).Bilingual (English / Spanish or other languages) is a plus.Physical Requirements :
