Your role is crucial to the MX Mission. Your primary responsibility is to identify, communicate, champion and sell solutions for current and prospective clients' high-priority business needs. These solutions should consist of (i) existing MX products and services and (ii) measurable business outcomes the client can reasonably expect as a result of the solution. They should also meet the use-case, timing, budget and volumes of the client. Your success will be primarily measured by your quota attainment for annual recurring revenue from client purchases directly attributable to your efforts.

We are seeking a results-driven Partner Account Executive to join our growing Partnerships team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through channel and strategic partnerships, identifying new partner opportunities, and managing existing relationships to expand our reach and impact.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership to execute partnership strategies that support our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner Relationship Management : Own and nurture a portfolio of partner accounts (ISVs, resellers, referral partners, system integrators, etc.), ensuring long-term engagement and mutual success
  • Revenue Growth : Drive co-selling and channel sales efforts to exceed revenue and performance targets through partnerships
  • Onboarding & Enablement : Coordinate onboarding of new partners and provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and support to ensure success
  • Pipeline Development : Identify new partnership opportunities, negotiate agreements, and collaborate on go-to-market plans that align with company goals
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to deliver compelling partner solutions, co-branded campaigns, and scalable engagement models
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor partner KPIs and reporting, ensuring consistent pipeline development and revenue contribution
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed on FinTech trends, competitor activity, and partner ecosystem developments to inform strategy

Qualifications :

  • 6-8 years of experience in digital banking partnerships, channel sales, or business development-ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or a high-growth tech environment
  • Proven success managing partner accounts and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the FinTech ecosystem (payments, banking-as-a-service, digital banking, lending platforms, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and evolving environment
  • Experience with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack, Crossbeam)
