As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone on site. Job Schedule : Day Time

Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations within the manufacturing and industrial location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while performing patrol duties.

Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.

Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
