We are looking for a Capital Markets Associate to join our team! This role is responsible for supporting and executing capital markets, financing and M&A transactions by leading financial analysis, due diligence, and deal execution processes, while serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.

What You’ll Do :

• Day-to-day duties include assisting in all capital market, financing and M&A activities by leading diligence process, financial / credit analysis, and deal processing for multiple, simultaneous processes.
• Be the liaison with bankers, lawyers, rating agencies, and internal teams to execute mission-critical transactions.
• Interface with and prepare presentation materials for senior executives and investors, including regular updates and review of strategic / capital initiatives.
• Build and maintain a financial model with the ability to run various financing and operating scenarios.
• Analyze operational results and portfolio data to assist in management decision-making and capital formation.
• Perform other related duties or special ad hoc projects as assigned.
