Transaction Specialist (Remote, USA)

Overview

FiduciaryxChange, by AmericanTCS, provides complete fiduciary governance to inspire participants to save for a dignified retirement, defining a retirement plan standard of excellence. This position will be responsible for completing transactions, such as loans, hardship, termination distributions, QDROs, RMDs, and in-service distributions. They will follow a 7-step protocol to ensure the transaction is accurate and to prevent fraud. The position requires direct contact and interaction with participants.

Location : The ideal candidate will be located in our Dubuque, IA or Lexington, KY office and will work in a hybrid model, 3 days per week in office. (Remote candidates may also be considered).

Responsibilities

• Responds to Plan Sponsor questions or coordinates with service providers
• Maintains the ATCSF Admin system contact changes
• Ongoing daily monitoring of support and team emails
• Assists in overseeing plan sponsor service requests
• Completes annual and interim notices and disclosures
• Assist with Audit and YE Compliance Data Collection
• Force out monitoring and processing
