PROJECT MANAGER

San Francisco, CA - Full time, in-office

We are looking for a Project Manager to help manage various interior design, construction and

creative services projects at one time.

THE ROLE

  • Manage all client communication, including daily log of client projects and timelines, and

weekly emails and phone calls as needed

  • Client contact for any and all requests that arise; this role will prioritize client needs,
  • manage client expectations, and always deliver professional and clear communication

  • Responsible for preparing and maintaining budgets and schedules, working directly with
  • leadership and clients

  • Partner and coordinate with clients, manufacturers, project architects, designers,
  • contractors and construction managers to achieve project goals

  • Own and manage communication with Owners Reps, General Contractors, and
  • subcontractors as needed

  • Manage all communication and activities related to the delivery and installation of
  • projects

  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage diverse responsibilities within allotted time
  • and / or budget

  • Manage projects from conception to completion, including work performed by both
  • internal and external resources

  • Prepare, and update project schedules, schedules and punch lists as needed
  • Ability to manage all project phases
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, and client expectations
  • Coordinate project teams; work to ensure timely and complete submission of documents
  • Monthly or Bi-Monthly travel is a possibility in this role
  • THE REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional project management experience in the design,
  • architecture, or construction industry is required

  • Bachelors degree in architecture, interior design, construction management, or related
  • fields is preferred

  • Extensive experience with high-touch client management with high-end clients, and / or
  • client concierge roles

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comprehensive knowledge of design principles and aesthetics
  • Extensive knowledge of residential interior architecture and design industry standards
  • Widespread knowledge of materials, furnishings and construction methods related to
  • interior design

  • Broad knowledge of building systems, codes and ADA requirements is preferred, but not
  • required

  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts for services, consultants and contractors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Proficiency in a project management software application
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of budget preparation and ability to manage projects within
  • budgetary constraints

  • Ability to travel locally and nationally to job sites across the country
  • International experience and Hospitality experience preferred, but not necessary

  • Full-time in San Francisco office
  • 100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm
