Dental Operations Manager

We’re looking for an operations manager that can help our office run more efficiently. Do you understand what makes an office tick? From patient phone calls, scheduling, case acceptance, insurance and patient collections. Can you expertly explain why there’s a balance after EOB processed and communicate to the patient in a way that makes it feel like both people are happy? When the city of Denver arrives needing to inspect the amalgam separator, are you able to address the areas of concern? Currently we do not have an operations manager and our owner doctor is juggling patient care and the complexities of running a 7 op practice with 5 providers. Can you create meeting agendas for departments and keep them on track? Can you teach and delegate roles on the team? If you can, we’re looking for you!
