Cloud Solutions Engineer

Position Title : Microsoft 365 & Azure Solutions Engineer

Reports to : Chief Technology Officer

Position Objective : We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 & Azure Solutions Engineer to design implement and maintain secure scalable and reliable cloud solutions while managing our organizations SharePoint environment. This role requires a blend of strong technical skills in Microsoft Azure services infrastructure automation and enterprise-level SharePoint administration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing hybrid cloud environments optimizing performance and ensuring robust security and compliance.

You will work closely with IT security and business stakeholders to ensure our cloud solutions are scalable resilient and securewhile delivering an exceptional end-user experience.

Essential Functions

Azure Cloud Engineering

• Design implement and manage Azure-based infrastructure including IaaS PaaS and SaaS services.
• Deploy and maintain virtual machines storage accounts networking and security solutions in Azure.
• Implement and manage Azure Active Directory conditional access policies and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and optimize cost and resource utilization.
• Ensure cloud solutions align with business continuity disaster recovery (BCDR) and compliance requirements.
