Overview

North Port Behavioral Health is a Premier Mental Health and Substance Abuse Hospital, and we are seeking passionate Admissions Counselors (Nights) to work at our facility in North Port, FL . Your day-to-day would be helping those suffering from mental health or substance abuse disorders. North Port Behavioral Health is a brand new 144-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital that offers 24-hour nursing care for those struggling with behavioral disorders and addiction disorders.

Population : Adolescents (13-17), Adults (18+), and Seniors (55+)

PURPOSE STATEMENT :

Clinical professional responsible for facilitating admissions, clinical intake assessments and utilization review processes to assure continuity for the most appropriate level of care for patients and their benefit / resources utilization.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

When a patient's needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
