Production Operations Leader

Job Summary :

We're seeking a dedicated and people-focused leader to oversee daily production operations with a strong emphasis on team development, performance management, and process execution. In this role, supervisory experience is preferred, as you'll be responsible for managing direct reports through effective coaching, mentoring, and, when necessary, applying progressive discipline. You'll ensure accurate timekeeping and consistent application of attendance policies, while driving execution of the daily production plan to meet operational goals. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll foster productive relationships with your team and ensure policies and procedures are clearly understood and effectively applied. You'll also lead project teams from start to finish, and work cross-functionally to develop and close Corrective Action Responses (CARs), contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
