The
Administrative Associate supports the office and administrative functions for TRIO’s Student Support Services. This is a federally – funded outreach program that supports the UNL community through academic, social and financial support for first-generation college students.
In this role you will:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email and in person to all students, faculty, staff and community members who contact or visit the TRIO offices.
- Support the Student Support Services student recruitment process by processing applications, scheduling interviews, data entry of all student profiles and ensuring that student files are up today.
- Lead a team of student workers including; hiring, training, scheduling and timekeeping management
- Serve as the point person for Student Support Services departmental purchasing, submit and reconcile all receipts per policies.
- Gather assessment data, files, and financial information for the annual report and assist with the finalization of the annual report per federal grant requirements.
