From famed bartender Ryan Chetiyawardana (Mr. Lyan) in Partnership with Renwick Hospitality Group, a new (Lindens, Altair, Lulla, Foxtail), comes Seed Library New York. Mr. Lyans first bar in New York and his second stateside.
Seed Library New York—a thoughtful adaptation of the Shoreditch original, tailored to the rhythm and character of New York City. While the setting shifts, the soul remains : a celebration of stripped-back analogue forms, natural variance, and the maker’s touch. This ethos runs through every element—from the music and styling to the food and drinks—offering guests a space that feels both grounded and quietly expressive.
Bartenders at Seed Libary are more than drink-makers—they’re hosts, storytellers, and stewards of the guest experience. We’re looking for individuals who bring poise, precision, and personality to every pour.
