Role Overview :

As a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional , your primary responsibility will be to treat a wide range of mental health issues, adapting your approach to meet the needs of our varied clientele.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build strong provider-patient relationships and collaborate effectively with external care providers.
• Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health disorders.
• Implement treatment for various mental health conditions utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, among other evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (Athena) and complete clinical documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
