Job Description

The Department of Medicine, Division of Endocrinology Daytona Halifax is seeking a full time UF Health Physician. Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment for a specified patient population. Salary is negotiable, commensurate with education and experience.

Essential Functions

Provides full scope of clinical patient care and services which fall under field of training including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventative care, and health maintenance to patients at UF Health Regional Network clinical sites.

Required Qualifications

Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes

Preferred

Preferred : Certification / Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification;
