Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, and document care according to policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patients' conditions effectively.
• Evaluate patient needs and responses to evaluate the effectiveness of care provided.
• Apply sound nursing judgment in making care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as ordered, both over-the-counter and prescription.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to establish a comprehensive Plan of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel to maintain high standards of professional nursing.
