Job Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze customer deductions, chargebacks, and short payments to determine validity and root cause.
• Research supporting documentation (e.g., invoices, PODs, credit memos, customer claims, promotional agreements) to resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve disputes and recover invalid deductions.
• Maintain detailed records of all deduction activity in ERP or deduction management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, High Radius).
• Process credit and debit memos for approved deductions.
• Reconcile customer accounts and ensure adjustments are accurately reflected in the general ledger.
• Identify trends in deductions and provide feedback to reduce recurrence.
