The Certified Medical Assistant is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing exceptional patient care and support across various locations within our network. Position Overview

This float pool role requires flexibility and travel to locations including Columbia, Kershaw, Elgin, Blythewood, Lugoff, Lexington, Camden, and surrounding areas. As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will assist in patient examinations, document vital signs, and prepare treatment rooms to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Interview patients and accurately record vital signs such as pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height in patients' medical records.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring they are ready for examinations.
• Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Maintain annual competencies and communicate effectively with team members and patients.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
