Overview :

This is a contract role for an SAP Service Management / Warranty Management Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for managing and analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, maintaining master data, and handling SAP FICO tasks. This is an on-site role located in Fremont, CA.

This is a contract role for an SAP Service Management / Warranty Management Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for managing and analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, maintaining master data, and handling SAP FICO tasks. This is an on-site role located in Fremont, CA.

Qualifications :

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years in Service Management (CS / SM) and Warranty Management.
• Hands-on expertise in configuring service notifications, service orders, warranty claims, and returns processing.
• Strong understanding of integration with logistics and finance components.
• Experience in S / 4HANA Service Management or SAP Customer Service (CS) modules.
• Exposure to SAP CRM Service or SAP FSM (Field Service Management) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills.
• SAP Certification in Service Management or S / 4HANA Service.
• Experience working with automotive, manufacturing, or industrial clients.
• Experience Vehicle Management System (VMS) is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP BRIM or Service Cloud is advantageous.
