COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Competitive Salary : $390,000
Sign-On Bonus : $25,000
Student Loan Assistance : $25,000

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work Schedule : 4 to 5 day work week

Patient Volume : 18 patients per day

Case Mix : Primary Care
