Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group Breast Surgery is seeking a dynamic and experienced board‑certified general surgeon with fellowship training in breast surgery to extend access to the East Orlando area. This is an employed opportunity through AdventHealth Medical Group.

Opportunity Offers

A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. Ideal candidate would have five years’ experience, strong communication skills, and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth.

Board Certification in General Surgery (ABMS or AOA) is required.

Practice Description

Employment opportunity through AdventHealth Medical Group, a 900+ physician multi‑specialty organization. AHMG is a sister organization of AdventHealth. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the physicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.

Hospital Description

AdventHealth East Orlando is a 295‑bed full‑service community hospital serving approximately 180,000 patients annually, including more than 16,500 inpatients and 79,330 outpatients. The hospital offers a new 13,500 square foot Outpatient Surgery Center and a new inpatient surgical suite. Specialized services include a Cancer Institute, Orthopedic Institute, Respiratory Care, and a Primary Stroke Center.
