AAA Club Alliance is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to be the connection point between our customers and our skilled in-shop technicians. In this role, you'll guide customers through the repair process with confidence and care ensuring they fully understand their service needs, building trust, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at every step. What We Offer :

• Competitive pay starting at $21.50 / hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
• Additional earning potential through monthly performance bonuses, spiffs, and contests!
• Schedule : Full-time, 5 days / week (Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays are often required). Sundays off every week, plus one other day off based on business needs.
