Job description

UKG / ADP Integration & Configuration Consultant

Summary :

Seeking an experienced HRIS professional to reconfigure UKG settings, translate pay codes, and build interfaces between UKG and ADP for a multibillion-dollar leader in their industry. This role supports seamless payroll and HR data integration across systems. This is an immediate need and 6-8 week project.

Responsibilities :

Reconfigure UKG (Pro / Ready / Dimensions) background settings, including pay and earning codes.
Design and maintain interfaces between UKG and ADP.
Map and translate pay codes and payroll elements from UKG to ADP.
Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
Document changes, validate data, and support payroll / HR teams.

Qualifications :

7+ years with UKG configuration and integration.

2+ years working with ADP systems (Workforce Now, Vantage, or similar).

Strong knowledge of payroll processing, data mapping, and interfaces.

Skilled in troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team communication.

California payroll experience is a plus.
