A well-established hospital laboratory in Kirkland, NY is seeking a seasoned Cytotechnologist to bring their expertise to a high-performing clinical team. Location : On-site in Kirkland, NY

Schedule : Full-Time Monday Friday Day Shift (Hours Flexible)

Salary : Commensurate with experience; competitive compensation package available

What You ll Do :

Perform expert screening and evaluation of cytology specimens, including both GYN and non-GYN

Contribute to quality assurance initiatives and workflow improvements

Serve as a senior resource to junior cytotechnologists and laboratory personnel

Collaborate directly with pathologists to resolve complex or ambiguous cases

Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and NYS Department of Health standards

Maintain high documentation standards and assist with training and procedure updates
