Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support brand and product initiatives across product design, packaging, marketing, digital content, and retailer communications. The ideal candidate is not only a strong visual storyteller but also excited about leveraging new tools, including artificial intelligence (AI) in design workflows , to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Note : This is an on-site position in Portsmouth, NH. Although we offer a hybrid workplace, we are seeking local candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging visual assets for arts & crafts products, packaging, retail displays, marketing campaigns, and digital channels.
• Ensure all files are prepared to vendor / manufacturer specifications for die lines, materials, finishes, and printing.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Product Development teams to bring concepts to life.
• Translate business and consumer insights into effective visual communication.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-driven creative applications.
