What You’ll Do

Conceptualization & Development : Generate unique and disruptive ideas that are inherently social, developing compelling visual narratives for social programs and integrated campaigns.
Set the Tone : Establish the visual style and direction for content that aligns with brand strategy and cultural relevance.
Collaborate & Create : Work closely with creative directors, designers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms.
Trendsetter : Stay ahead of cultural trends and social media dynamics to inform and enhance content strategy. Develop timely ideas that leverage global cultural trends and industry updates.
Lead & Mentor : Guide team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Collaborate in Production : Partner closely with the production team to create high-quality social media assets that meet client expectations. Engage in directing, shooting, editing, and producing content across multiple channels, ensuring a cohesive and creative visual narrative.
Client Engagement : Present and pitch creative ideas, articulating strategic visions to clients and internal teams. Be confident and persuasive in presenting and selling concepts.

Social Media Maven : With 5 years of agency experience, you have a strong portfolio of social media campaigns, showcasing video, graphics, and interactive content. You possess a deep understanding of the social media landscape, with hands-on experience across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

Strategic Thinker : You can conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with client briefs while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

Team Player : Confident in presenting ideas and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve best-in-class content.

Proactive Leader : Able to lead and manage multiple projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skillset & Tools

5 years of agency experience with a deep understanding of the social media landscape and platforms.

Experience with leading, coaching, and providing direction to designers.

Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other relevant tools.

Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, color theory, and user experience.

Experience with project management tools and collaborative design platforms.

Significant experience creating brand experiences across various channels, with a particular emphasis on social media engagement.

In-depth understanding of the design limits and requirements for various social media platforms, including optimal image sizes, video lengths, and content specifications to ensure maximum engagement and compliance with platform standards.

Knowledge of UX / UI principles.

Able to travel to client sites for one week every month between the months of February - August.
