Colorado Physician Partners, PLLC is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinic in Thornton , Colorado, one of 12 clinics in an independent private practice.

Qualifications
Master of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited program
ANCC or AANP Certification
Provider must meet employer credentialing standards
