Architectual Design Staff

Position Type : Full -time, Salaried Position

Pay Range : $75-85k Base with potential for a discretionary bonus.

JOB FUNCTION :

Responsible for producing high quality project design deliverables in all design phases

(Feasibility, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation,

Contract Admin). Advocates for the company's vision, style, aesthetic and standards in

residential design while also proposing design to stay ahead of the curve. Assists in city

submittal and facilitates reviewer comments and manages consultants' deliverables.

Reports to Design Leads on tasks and deliverables and works directly with him / her to

ensure the facilitation of a project's completion on-time, on / underbudget, and meeting the

Company's quality standards.
