Custodian-Head-12 month (TRANS)

Qualifications :

• High school graduate / GED or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge skill and abilities.
• Ability to plan and supervise the work of others; experience as head custodian or other leadership role in a cleaning / housekeeping operation preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Considerable janitorial and grounds maintenance experience; experience as a semi-skilled handyman preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning methods materials and equipment and ability to use them economically and efficiently; ability to understand and follow verbal and written directions; and ability to get along well with others.

Pay Rate :

Custodian Salary Scale(credit is based on years of full-time experience in a related position)

Assignment :

Full time / 12 months / 245 days

Start Date :

This position is effectivewith the 2025-2026 school year
