is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)

for a young man with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

in our Employment Services - Community Integration Department

Location :

North Hollywood (San Fernando Valley)

and surrounding communities

Schedule : Mondays - Fridays

9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Experience :

Must have some professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs.

Description :

Seeking staff to mentor and be a role model for our young adult male client. The job title is Job Coach / Direct Su pport Processional (DSP). Seeking staff who will be respectful, with a strong, engaging personality; someone who can inspire the client and be creative in their approach to the daily agenda and overall goals.

Qualifications :

• 21+ years of age
• A valid driver's license (for a minimum of three years), clean driving record, and proof of valid vehicle insurance coverage (your name must be listed as an authorized driver)
• Willingness to drive with our client using your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Paid Training Provided (weekdays / daytime hours)
