Job Summary : The Assistant Nurse Manager acts as a first line manager in assuming responsibility for the clinical manager of assigned staff on a designated shift. As such, he / she has shift responsibility and accountability for patient care activities and supports and extends the administrative leadership provided by the Nurse Manager. She / he regularly uses her / his independent judgment in connecting with her / his managerial responsibilities. Department : Nursing Location : Englewood, NJ Status : Full time Shift : 10 or 12 hours Hours : Evenings

Job Essentials : 3 years of MCH experience required. 2-3 years NICU experience required. Education Requirements : BSN required, Masters degree and Certification in Specialty preferred. License / Certification / Registry : NJRN, BLS, NRP required.

The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses / incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation.
