Nursing Tech III - Family Birth Center

Overview :

The Nursing Tech III performs advanced patient care procedures (such as, initiation of intravenous therapy, splinting / casting, suturing, and simple patient teaching) under the director of a licensed Nurse or Provider and / or performs advanced support-procedures for the operation of the Emergency Department.

Work Schedule : Varied Days and Hours

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 months patient care experience required
• One to three years experience preferred
• Phlebotomy Technician Certification (CPT) Or EMT-I required
