No Experience Needed - Production Painter Helper

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Painter Helpers for both first shift (6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM) and second shift (2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM) at a large metal finishing facility in Costa Mesa, CA. The Paint Helper will play a crucial role in supporting the paint department and its processes, including preparing parts for operators.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for operators by pulling and mixing paint.
• Fill out necessary paperwork accurately.
• Rack and un-rack parts efficiently.
• Prepare the surface of parts for painting.
• Inspect in-process paint using appropriate tools.
• Stage and prepare orders for processing.
• Support the paint department and related processes.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newport Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $18.00 / hr.
