What You’ll Do as a Concrete Polishing Technician :

  • Grind and polish concrete surfaces to perfection using industry-leading equipment.
  • Operate floor grinders, hand tools, vacuums, and other machinery to achieve desired results.
  • Apply decorative finishes, coatings, epoxies, and stains with precision and care.
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Travel extensively to project sites, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Work hands-on to meet project timelines and exceed client expectations.

Requirements :

What We’re Looking For :

  • A hardworking team player with a great attitude and an eagerness to grow.
  • A working knowledge of concrete and stonework.
  • Ability to learn new techniques and maintain a sharp eye for detail.
  • Reliable and flexible, willing to work evening and night shifts.
  • Physical stamina to handle hands-on work, including lifting, bending, and kneeling.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.

    • Desired Skills (Not Required) :

  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Prior experience in janitorial services or commercial flooring.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
