Groove Subaru is a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships. We’re looking for an Internet Manager / Call Center Representative to join our team and play a key role in managing online leads and providing excellent communication with our customers.
Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to internet leads, online inquiries, and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up with customers regularly.
- Maintain a strong understanding of dealership inventory, promotions, and specials.
- Track and manage all leads through the CRM system to ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist in creating a positive customer experience from the first contact to the showroom visit.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to help achieve monthly sales goals.
Requirements :
Previous automotive experienceExcellent communication and organizational skills.Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Strong computer and data entry skills (CRM experience a plus).Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.Must be at least 18 years of ageValid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving recordAble to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substancesAuthorized to work in the United States
